$15 payable to IAAP International
$25 payable to IAAP Bermuda
$10 payable to New England Division

If paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to IAAP Bermuda Chapter for the full $136.00. If paying by credit card we will send the completed form to IAAP International, they will then deduct $93.00 from your card, this represents the International Dues and International Processing Fee.
We would then need a cheque or cash for the balance of $35.00 which is payable to the local chapter for Local and Divisional dues. Unfortunately we are not able to process credit card payments locally.
