"Power of Commitment"

The Bermuda Chapter of International Association of Administrative Professionals® (formerly Professional Secretaries International® (PSI)) was formed on August 25th, 1994. The organisation's name was changed in August 1998, as a result of the changing role of secretaries and to reflect what was taking place in the workplace.

The International organisation was formed in 1942 (it was then known as National Secretaries Association). IAAP® is a non-profit professional association with 40,000 members and affiliates and over 600 chapters worldwide. This organisation was established for the same reasons the Bermuda Chapter was chartered - to assist the secretaries in the field by providing them with opportunities for training and networking.

The Bermuda Chapter is a member of the Greater New England Divison.
